Industrial heat pumps
Process heat costs more than ever, and a gas boiler is no longer the obvious choice. An industrial heat pump lowers bills, meets environmental requirements and does not stop production during the changeover.
Modern water-to-water units deliver hot water up to 120°C, and air-to-water units work in the range of 35 to 77°C. The largest Trane models exceed 1 MW of heating capacity.
One machine, two modes
A heat pump and a chiller are physically the same machine working in two modes. A plant that needs cooling in summer and heat in winter buys one unit instead of two, and that is where most of the savings come from. In some cases renting a heat pump is better than buying, and we will tell you when.
